I was very fortunate to have Lee transmission diagnosis my transmission problems. Many codes were showing up. Last year a service shop replaced the TCM, $1000.00 , a waste of money, the problem reappeared. Due the the honesty at Lee, they found that I was 6 quarts low on transmission fluid and there were no visible leaks! My transmission is running perfectly! Lee Transmission recently rebuilt my transmission after losing 3rd & 4th gear. They sent a tow truck to pick it up and completed the work in just a couple days for the quoted cost which was substantially less than estimates from other shops! Other local shops would not commit to a cost or time to repair despite estimates that were $1,000-$1,500 higher. Lee contacted me every step of the way to confirm progress. You cannot find a better shop with the experience to take on a major repair or rebuild and execute the work as agreed to - 6 stars if I could!!
I can't recommend Lee Transmission & Auto Repair. On March 31st, I took my 2002 Chevy Suburban in to have the transmission rebuilt. They promised it would be done by April 7th, but it ended up taking an entire extra week. While delays can happen, this was frustrating. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I noticed a leak from the transfer case. The manager, Kevin, had me leave it again for repairs. They claimed it was fixed, but shortly after, the shifter cable went out. They towed it back and said they'd fix it at no cost, but they only replaced half the cable, even though I paid for a full replacement. To top it off, I discovered that the transfer case leak was just smeared with silicone and still leaking. I have photo evidence to back this up. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not trust them with any future repairs.

The transmission went out in our Ford F150 following Hurricane Ian. Our truck was picked up within a couple days and the work completed very quickly. Very pleased with how the truck is driving. Also, very reasonable pricing.
